DaytradeTeam.com shall under no circumstances be liable to any visitor, user, and/or any third party for any lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect, special, incident, consequential, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever. DaytradeTeam.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, misstatements, errors, or fabrications, contained within documents, data, materials, web site pages, contained here within and associated pages, either through error or negligence.

You agree to hold DaytradeTeam.com harmless for any act resulting directly or indirectly from this site, its data, content, materials, emails, instant messages, phone calls, associated pages and documents.

Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform DaytradeTeam.com of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until DaytradeTeam.com is notified, eMail or by telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless DaytradeTeam.com is notified via eMail (customerservice@daytradeteam.com), by secure website submission (in member's section of site) or by phone (1-866-232-9872) 48 hours prior to membership renewal.

All DaytradeTeam accounts are considered prepaid, non-refundable and auto-renewing.  Your account will automatically close at the end of your prepaid period once cancellation is received.  With DaytradeTeam your information is always safe.

If notice is received by DaytradeTeam from the user to turn off future billings, this only prevents future billings and does not entitle the client to full or partial refund. All billings, both the initial and all subsequent billings are prepaid and non-refundable.

Unless and until auto-renewal is turned off by eMail or by telephone or by secure website submission, Subscriber hereby authorizes DaytradeTeam.com to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly or yearly) cost of membership.

All membership terms begin on the subscriber's signup date and are based on calendar months and years (12 months).  An initial prorated charge may be made in order to insure that future renewals are processed on the 1st of each month (in case of monthly memberships only).

Any abusive, spamming, insulting or otherwise negative behavior generated towards any DaytradeTeam member, trial member, owner or employee will result in a warning. A second offense will result in either termination of subscription without refund or limitation of use of membership. Limitations include restriction from access to Live Trade Room, Private Messages or Posting in members? area. Communicating with other members is a privilege, not a right. Abusing this privilege will result in loss of this privilege.

All memberships are prepaid for the stated billing cycle.  DaytradeTeam does not issue refunds for unused portions of subscriptions.
